- The office design for this project, developed in collaboration with Archtrade, reflects a harmonious blend of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. Located in Tbilisi, Georgia, the 1100 m² space is designed to foster a flexible, engaging, and inclusive working environment that adapts to the needs of its users. The concept centers on creating a space that promotes productivity, collaboration, and well-being while minimizing environmental impact.
- The design draws inspiration from organic forms found in nature, resulting in fluid, sculptural elements and spaces that feel both open and inviting. The layout is divided across two levels, with the first floor featuring a welcoming reception area and two distinct office wings, while the second floor houses an open office area and a cafeteria. Key to the design are the large and small conference rooms, height-adjustable desks, and acoustic furniture that contribute to informal workspaces and amphitheaters for larger gatherings.
- Materials were carefully chosen for both their aesthetic qualities and environmental impact. Sustainable materials, including locally sourced wood and eco-friendly finishes, help create a warm, inviting atmosphere while aligning with the project’s commitment to sustainability. The interior features a soothing color palette of terracotta, green, and neutral tones, balanced by touches of blue and red, creating a dynamic yet calming environment.
- One of the most innovative features of the design is the integration of nature throughout the space. A central theme of greenery is used to enhance air quality, boost productivity, and provide a peaceful, natural atmosphere. The open office area is complemented by benches around trees, and the space includes circular meeting rooms and wooden decor to bring warmth and connectivity to the environment.
- This office design not only prioritizes the comfort and well-being of its users but also embraces a forward-thinking approach to architecture that balances aesthetics with functionality and sustainability. By merging modern construction techniques with a deep respect for the environment, this project stands as an example of how thoughtful design can create an innovative, adaptable, and harmonious workspace.
