Tsao and McKown designed the master plan of a residential community outside Taipei, including Annabelle Selldorf, Richard Meier and Steven Harris of the programme, as well as Margie Ruddick landscape design.

Program is called Collection, including 28 in greater Taipei new private houses.

Faced with steep and varied terrain, each designer through his architecture strategies to manipulate different site conditions.

Tsao and McKown designed shared sidewalks, parks, green spaces, and nature-inspired Club unify the community.

Design also uses other elements, such as a sidewalk under the sunken Lane, as well as erosion control plants green wall.
