Fred Rigby StudioFred Rigby Studio are London-based interior and furniture designers, who have worked on projects from a reimagined Tuscan villa to Rosa Park’s Francis Gallery in Bath, Somerset. Their furniture offering includes the shapely Cloud Sofa, made for Francis, and is aptly named for its pillowy, puffy form. Curves are a defining feature of the collection, with pieces drawing references from pebbles and free-flowing lines, like the Kidney Desk. Check out their online shop for more.
Another CountryAnother Country looks to the furniture traditions of Britain, Scandinavia, Japan and the Shaker movement to create modern classics that fuse minimalism and functionality with just enough contemporary detailing to keep things interesting. Our favourites are the solid oak dining table, boxy Sofa One and Hardy Chair, a modern interpretation of the classic captain’s chair crossed with a low-back Windsor. Their Marylebone showroom is now open six days a week by appointment.
