北京华膳园温泉饭店是北京东部以皇家园林特色为主的温泉饭店，坐落于国贸CBD商业区，紧邻京杭大运河，坐拥高碑店古家具深厚古典文化的精髓，一直以来是京城名流、文人墨客、才子佳人相约相聚的出处。
而国际化的北京，从来不缺奢华与惊艳；但传统文化的传承在华膳园温泉饭店这里体现的淋漓尽致，同时，全新的中国文化在这里演绎兴起，古老变身于时尚、文明演绎着奢华，一切是那么的自然，不留痕迹。
下面是一些空间分析:
剧场设计从功能上讲，主要是以演出为主，但也兼顾有宴会、娱乐、婚庆等功能，因此，剧场应该叫做多功能厅，正因为这些，甲方要求从设计上一定要突破常规，去展现酒店特有的文化与新意，为此，在设计上首先用个性化的设计理念“中式元素新作”(比如天花设计),通过多元的设计手法，去展现酒店独特的文化底蕴；其次用艺术的创意思维去建立一个自由、平和、和谐、舒适、资源共享、利用自然能源、安全的环境空间，在设计元素中，这种创意体现在：剧场四周可转动的翻板，转动翻板，走廊可以共享大厅灯光；天花上透光材料设计，充分利用了自然能源，给大厅进行了充分的光源补充，这样，既减少了室内碳排放又减少了室内的污染。
包房设计延续了剧场大厅的设计手法与风格，其创意思维是建立一个自由、有序、和谐、华丽、尊贵、唯美的用餐环境，因此，设计上同样采用中式元素，比如天花整体造型设计，通过多元的新式设计手法、新型材料，去展现一个极富中国文化底蕴，又具有时尚、唯美的舒适空间。这种多元化的设计理念，既丰富了酒店餐饮设计的装饰风格，也给设计师原创设计提供了可行的设计方向。
